Booking and arriving
When are you open?
We're currently open Thursday and Friday from 5pm to 11pm, and Saturday from 2pm to 11pm. If you'd like a private booking on another day, call or email us to ask.
How do I book a lane?
Book online through our website, call us on 0208 1538810 or email bookings@anniesroom.co.uk.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome. On Friday and Saturday nights there may be a short wait for a free lane, so booking ahead is the safest bet.
How long is a lane booking?
You can book a lane for 60, 90 or 120 minutes. If you'd like to keep playing, ask on the night and we'll extend your booking if we can.
At peak times we may need to move you to a different lane to make room for larger groups.
How many people can play on one lane?
Up to 8 or 10 people per lane.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes. We take a deposit for each player when you book.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. You can cancel and get a refund up to 72 hours before your booking.
What if we're running late?
We'll do our best to hold your lane. At busy times, if you're very late, you may need to wait for the next free slot, or we can help you rebook.
Is there a minimum booking?
Yes, a booking needs at least 2 players, for 60 minutes.
Prices
How much does it cost to play?
You pay per person, not per lane:
- 60 minutes of play costs £10 per person.
- 90 minutes costs £12 per person.
- 120 minutes of play for £15 per person.
Do you have any deals or offers?
Not at the moment.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Not at the moment.
Who can come
Is there an age limit?
Yes. Annie's Room is for over-18s only, at all times.
Do I need to bring ID?
We operate Challenge 25, so if you look under 25 we'll ask to see ID.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately not. The venue is not currently wheelchair accessible.
Can I bring my dog?
Sorry, dogs aren't allowed.
Is there a dress code?
Come as you are, but please no scruffy workwear.
Playing darts
Do I need to be good at darts?
Not at all. Scoring is automatic and the scores are shown on the screens, so nobody has to do the maths.
What games can we play?
There are 16 different games, and you can choose any of them.
Do you use real darts?
Yes. We use real dartboards and real darts, so you'll be throwing proper arrows.
Do I need to bring my own darts?
No. We provide the darts.
Will someone show us how it works?
Yes. Each lane has its own host, who will set you up, explain the games and show you the menus.
Food and drink
What time does the kitchen close?
The kitchen closes at 22:30.
Do you have vegetarian and vegan options?
Yes, there are vegetarian and vegan choices on the menu.
How do you handle allergies?
Allergens are shown on our menu, and we keep an allergen sheet behind the bar.
Can we pre-order food and drinks?
Yes, you can pre-order with your booking or order when you arrive. Our team are happy to share recommendations.
Can we bring a birthday cake or decorations?
Yes, and there's no charge. Please don't bring a knife, though, as knives aren't allowed.
Do you serve soft drinks and alcohol-free options?
Yes, they're all on the drinks menu.
Parties and events
Can we hire the whole venue?
Yes. The venue holds up to 100 guests, and the price depends on how long you'd like it for. Call us or email bookings@anniesroom.co.uk to enquire.
Do you do birthday, hen, stag and Christmas parties?
Yes. We put together bespoke packages on request, so get in touch and tell us what you have in mind.
Can we reserve an area without hiring the whole venue?
Yes. You can book lanes for longer than 90 minutes, with seating and drinks areas.
Do you host corporate events and team building?
Yes. The cost depends on timings and numbers, so email bookings@anniesroom.co.uk to enquire. We don't currently offer corporate membership.
Do you run darts leagues?
Not at the moment.
Getting here and on the night
How do I get to Annie's Room?
We're at 200B Upper Richmond Road, London SW15 2SH. The nearest Overground station is a one-minute walk away, and East Putney tube station is about a six-minute walk.
Is there parking nearby?
There's car parking nearby, with restrictions, and plenty of bike parking all around.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, we have a cloakroom.
Do you take cash?
Yes, we take both cash and card.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, there's Wi-Fi for guests.
Do you show sport on the screens?
Not at the moment.
